Hi! My name is Ms. Bryan, and I teach 4th Grade at Mt. Vernon Elementary School. This is my first year teaching,
and I am very excited and looking forward to a great school year!
I went to elementary school in Woodstock, GA at Woodstock Elementary. My favorite elementary school teacher was
my 5th grade teacher Mrs. Blackwell. I had a lot of fun in her class and learned a lot, too!
I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences from the University of Georgia in 2005.
I am now finishing my Masters of Arts in Early Childhood Education at Brenau University, and I am very happy to be a
teacher!

Student of the Week
This is where you will find our current Student of the Week! In most cases, each student's birthday will fall within
the week that he or she is Student of the Week. That week, the student will decorate our Student of the Week bulletin
board with pictures and other items and will be allowed to bring items to school that he or she would like to present
and share with the class.
During that week, the class will participate in writing kind stories about our Student of the Week as well as nice notes
for the Student of the Week to keep. Hopefully, each student will have at least two separate weeks during the school
year in which to be Student of the Week.
I will give plenty of time and advance notice to parents whose student will be Student of the Week so that everyone has
enough time to prepare!
